RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE​

Recommended dose is 1-2 capsules up to 3 times per day.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

It is recommended to take capsules with water 30 min before or right after a meal.

In case you would want to use powder from within the capsule be careful not ot inhale activated charcoal powder when opening the capsule.
